PetalCraft — Webstore Terms of Service

By completing a purchase on the official PetalCraft webstore, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any transaction.

1. Donations & Server Support

  • Server Donation Notice: All purchases made on this webstore are considered voluntary server donations. Funds received are directly used for server hardware hosting, domain maintenance, custom plugin development, and operational overhead to keep PetalCraft running.
  • Non-Pay-To-Win Availability: Crate keys, in-game currency, claim blocks, and the vast majority of rank perks offered on this webstore can also be obtained naturally through regular in-game gameplay, events, leveling, and playing on PetalCraft without making real-money purchases.
  • Non-Refundable Support: Because your payment is a voluntary contribution toward maintaining server operations, all contributions are non-refundable.

2. General Agreement & Acceptable Use

  • Age Requirement: By purchasing items or ranks on our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username during checkout. PetalCraft is not responsible for purchases made using an incorrect username.
  • Virtual Items: Perks, ranks, keys, and virtual goods delivered as a thank-you for your donation carry no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for legal tender, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Fulfillment: Virtual goods (including donor ranks, rank upgrades, and crate keys) are delivered automatically via server commands upon payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Processing typically takes between 5 to 15 minutes. In rare cases of high network traffic or server maintenance, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
  • In-Game Requirements: Players must be online with adequate inventory space to receive physical/virtual items such as crate keys.

4. Refund & Return Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of our perks and their classification as voluntary server donations, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Server Rule Violations: Donating to the server does not grant immunity from PetalCraft server rules. If an account is temporarily muted, temp-banned, or permanently banned for breaking rules, no refunds or credits will be issued for remaining rank perks.

5. Chargeback & Fraud Policy

  • Chargeback Consequences: Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim via PayPal, credit card provider, or bank will result in an immediate and permanent network-wide ban from PetalCraft.
  • Blacklisting: Fraudulent accounts and associated IP addresses will be permanently blacklisted across our server infrastructure and reported to global Tebex/CraftingStore fraud protection networks.

6. Server Operations & Service Availability

  • Service Modifications: PetalCraft reserves the right to modify, adjust, rebalance, or update virtual items, ranks, crate contents, or permissions at any time for game balance and server health.
  • Maintenance & Resets: We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, map resets (wipes), or updates that may temporarily interrupt service availability. Virtual ranks will persist across map resets.
  • Server Shutdown Clause: PetalCraft reserves the right to suspend operations, close, or permanently shut down the server at any time without prior notice or warning. In the event of a permanent server closure, no refunds, reimbursements, or compensation will be provided for past donations or virtual items.

7. Contact & Support

If you encounter any issues with your donation or haven't received your perks after 15 minutes, please do not open a payment dispute.
